We did not anticipate to buy a vehicle, but it just felt right. We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked through the door. Jessica Taylor was our salesperson and she was fantastic. They make you feel like family here, everyone is amazing. We not only dealt with Jessica but with Mil and Mio in the finance department. We can't say enough about the wonderful service and staff here. They listen to your needs and wants here and there is no pressure to purchase and that's what it should be all about when you are looking for a new vehicle. We are loving our new vehicle! We test drove several vehicles and he was extremely knowledgeable with every vehicle we tried, including ones off the Used Car Lot that are not Dodge vehicles. Al spent a great deal of time with us helping us make the right decision. Once we had purchased the vehicle, he spent alot of time with us in the vehicle helping us figure out all the bells & whistles. We were also happy with the trade-in value for the older vehicle. We also dealt with Brenda in finance and she is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. More
