Amazing Staff :) We have been to so many dealerships and we have to say this is so far one of the best we have been too. We walked in and looked around and just as We have been to so many dealerships and we have to say this is so far one of the best we have been too. We walked in and looked around and just as we were about to walk out we were greeted by Jessica. She listened to what we said and directed us to the truck we were looking for. She is amazing! Then she directed us to Paul and Brenda who were fabulous. You could tell they work so well together. They make you feel like family! We were even greeted by other dealers as they would walk by us. When we closed the deal...Paul and Jessica told us to ring the bell [which felt really good:)] and got a huge applause from all the employees. That added a nice touch to the purchase!! Overall, we ended up not purchasing the truck but we will be returning here :) We love you guys :) More

We took a quick wander around the parking lot and she came out to greet us, and had my perfect vehicle waiting for me. Gave a great deal and was very knowledgeable about what she was selling. When Mike was helping us with the final details he pointed out various options for us and chatted and joked around with us. When we picked up the vehicle a couple of days later Deanna showed us the vehicle again and went over the basics of the car and upon leaving both Mike and Deanna said if there are any problems they'd love to help us first. As it turns out there were a couple of cosmetic issues with the jeep (through no fault of theirs) and a resolution is in sight after a very quick response from Deanna. Loved the place, have already recommended it to a friend and look forward to buying our next car from them. More

Deal gone horribly wrong Do not choose this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. The service was horrific, the salespeople were rude and pushy. Do not choose this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. The service was horrific, the salespeople were rude and pushy. The sales Manager is confrontational. The Finance Department are pushy, rude and unwilling to work with the customer to get the deal done. My wife and I were very upset after dealing with these people. We had tried to make a deal on a Dodge Journey R/T and the salesperson tried to change our minds by selling us a Crossroad Edition. She was unwilling to negotiate a price with us. We wanted Black, they tried to sell us Red. After speaking with the salesperson, we went into the Finance Managers office, where we agreed to trade in our old vehicle. We provided the ownership to the trade in and provided them with a void cheque and a deposit. We also gave them our personalized plates. At this point in the sale, we still had not been approved for financing. Upon learning that we were declined, we changed the deal and the Finance Department did not print out and provide us with a new Bill of Sale. After leaving the dealership, we went to another dealer and got the car we wanted in the colour we wanted. We went back to Unique to cancel the deal with them and were very unhappy with what we had to endure. We were surrounded by 4 men and the salesperson and told we cannot cancel the deal. They also said that we told the other dealer that we had a deal at Unique, which was false. They refused to give back our plates, ownership, void cheque and deposit. At this point, the Sales Manager spoke to the new co-signer on the phone and was very abrupt and rude, raising his voice on numerous occassions. We then contacted the police and went to the station to file the report. The police called Unique and told them to return the plates, as they did not belong to them. They reluctantly agreed, but held the ownership to the trade in, the deposit and void cheque until the General Manager returned on the following Monday. Since they refused to cancel the deal, the other dealership could not move forward in getting the deal done until it was resolved. The General Manager was very rude and insulting over the phone on the Monday he returned. Once back in Unique, he changed his manner and spoke more pleasantly. He was ashamed of his team and tried to fix the problem by offering us the car at a loss to the dealer. We refused. If you are looking for a Chrysler product, go to any other dealer than Unique. I will never step in to that dealer ever again and will tell everyone and anyone the same. This was the worst car buying experience that I have had. Unique Chrysler is HORRIBLE. Dont go there. Fairview Chrysler is a much better dealer. They were kind and pleasant and sold us the exact car that we wanted. More

Staff was ready to help and were very knowledgable We walked in with a rough idea of what we wanted and Chris Sitko was amazing at pin pointing the best deal for our needs. I was very surprised when the dealership offered to lend us the model we were considering purchasing home for a few hours as an extended test drive. Made all the difference. He was not intimidating at all, nor was he 'pushy' as some sales people can be. He listen and tried to understand our wants in order to help us find the right vehicle. Whenever we contacted him in the days leading up to the sale, he was always prompt to respond. Great experience and would absolutely recommend him to friends and family! Mio Radenkovic was also well informed and great to work with as well. During the whole finance process he explained in detail every step of the way. During our first visit with him he went through all options and we walked away well informed with all the required information. He explained all the warranties, insurance and loan documents very clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with as well. Both Wes and Mio made our experience at this dealership a phenomenal one! We are completely satisfied with our experience and with the Jeep purchased! More

WOW!! Amazing customer service David Maclean literally SAVED me and my family. I recently had some issues with my Dodge Grand Caravan which stranded my my family across town from o David Maclean literally SAVED me and my family. I recently had some issues with my Dodge Grand Caravan which stranded my my family across town from our house. After talking with David we determined the source of the problem and he was able to send me the part I needed to get my van back on the road. From the time I first started talking to the parts desk to the point I started driving home was about 1 hour. With two small boys waiting curbside it was truly customer service unlike any other i have experienced at any car dealership or mechanic's shop. Exceptional Service I first visited this dealership on a whim. I was researching vehicles on autotrader.ca and this dealership was the only one around that had the vehic I first visited this dealership on a whim. I was researching vehicles on autotrader.ca and this dealership was the only one around that had the vehicle in stock. I live in Brampton and drove out to Burlington just for a test drive. I first met with Colin, who is new and very personable. He accompanied me on the test drive and took me through all the features available on the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on the spot and worked with Mio in finance. Later I went home and went through the sales contract with my wife....(big mistake)....she wanted a lower model that wasn't too heavy on the wallet. crap, i put a deposit on the vehicle and was now in a damper mood. I texted Mio the next day which was a holiday. Mio was prompt in responding to my messages on his day off....he assured me that we could get into a more economical model of the vehicle I bought. Although they did not have the exact model in stock, they did find one and had it ready for me in a week. I originally signed the sales contract on June 30 and just picked up my revised new vehicle on July 10th. AWESOME service. Mio knew how excited my wife and I were to take possession of the vehicle. I received text messages letting me know when the vehicle arrived and he sent me pictures. I have bought four new vehicles from dealerships in the past and this experience by far has exceeded my expectations and made this purchase a worry free one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience. More
