Amazing Experience I have owned many vehicles in my life but this was my first "new car" or in my case new truck experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nikki, Mi I have owned many vehicles in my life but this was my first "new car" or in my case new truck experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nikki, Mil & Mio. However the entire team at Unique Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram all blew me away with the level of customer service they offered. As many know this is very hard to come by these days. I am actually a Grimsby resident and I did try to deal with my own dealership first only to be incredibly let down and disappointed with the level of customer service and knowledge they offered. I literally left the Grimsby dealership feeling like "WOW - I guess they really don't want/need any new business"! I wanted/needed a dealership that was going to be able to explain the differences between the F150 and the Ram. I cannot express my delight to walk into the Burlington dealership and meet Nikki. I was so impressed with her knowledge of trucks and so happy that she took the time to really answer all my questions and help educate me. She didn't push me but rather probed deeper into exactly what it was I was looking for in a truck and was able to explain all the pros and cons of each model. I would recommend her to anyone - She is tiny little thing but don't let her size fool you...that girl knows her stuff!! I ended up buying a 2015 Ram 1500 and was able to customize my truck to a look that is my own. I felt so well looked after and what a refreshing experience to work with people who I knew were doing their best to help me find exactly what I wanted in a truck. Mil and Mio - not sure if you guys see these reviews but you guys are awesome! All three of you have made this experience so much fun. I am loving my new truck and although I've only had it for two weeks I have had many compliments. Wes had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle i wanted and worked very hard to get me that vehicle. The negotiations were tough but fair and i found that even though Wes had to use all resources available to get me the truck at the price i could afford, the other staff very clearly always wanted me to get the vehicle. once we agreed on a deal, the rest of the process was very easy including arranging the financing with Brenda to explaining the extended warranties and other extras. The day of the delivery was the best day including Brenda ensuring the terms and agreements were correct ,and Wes showing me all of the features of the truck and how to operate them. Overall a great experience and a truck that turns heads, is now in my driveway. Finally now have a newer truck than my dad!!! More
