We had actually gone to the Jeep dealership on Fairview in Burlington on the same day and we did not have a good experience there at all. We had almost given up on getting a jeep. Deanna changed that for us though when we stopped in at the Walkers Line location. Right away she was determined to get us a car that we would love at a price we could afford. She worked tirelessly to make sure that we got the car we needed for our family, the extras we wanted(and more) at the price we loved. We ended up getting a better car than we thought we could afford as well. She always responded to any texts/questions right away and made us feel like our happiness was important to her. She made our experience a great one and we look forward to hopefully buying from her again sometime in the future. I highly recommend Deanna and this dealership. I loved that they all seemed to work together as a team here and not like they were in competition with each other. Very good transaction I was referred to Unique from a good friend and co-worker. From the beginning they treated me well. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and found I was referred to Unique from a good friend and co-worker. From the beginning they treated me well. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and found a used one, but it was sold the next day before I brought the family to see it. Anyway, they found one brand new with all the options I was looking for, and a few that I found to be a bonus. I even got an aftermarket sunroof installed through them and included on the bill for warranty purposes which was my plan all along even when I was planning to buy used. Transaction went well start to finish, however it was during the wait for the sunroof install where I feel more communication was needed. I ended up calling the install place on several occasions myself to get the answers I was looking for. Problem is, the service manager wasn't getting the same info that I was, which led to much confusion about the pickup date, and some of the final steps that needed to take place. Long story short, aside from the miscommunication due to my isolated incident, the dealership was otherwise very easy to deal with. I'd like to thank my sales rep Nahida, as well as Nikki, Mio, James and of course the GM Mike C. for helping me get what I was looking for, and also for the easy process of trading in my other vehicle.
