Very good transaction I was referred to Unique from a good friend and co-worker. From the beginning they treated me well. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and found I was referred to Unique from a good friend and co-worker. From the beginning they treated me well. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and found a used one, but it was sold the next day before I brought the family to see it. Anyway, they found one brand new with all the options I was looking for, and a few that I found to be a bonus. I even got an aftermarket sunroof installed through them and included on the bill for warranty purposes which was my plan all along even when I was planning to buy used. Transaction went well start to finish, however it was during the wait for the sunroof install where I feel more communication was needed. I ended up calling the install place on several occasions myself to get the answers I was looking for. Problem is, the service manager wasn't getting the same info that I was, which led to much confusion about the pickup date, and some of the final steps that needed to take place. Long story short, aside from the miscommunication due to my isolated incident, the dealership was otherwise very easy to deal with. I'd like to thank my sales rep Nahida, as well as Nikki, Mio, James and of course the GM Mike C. for helping me get what I was looking for, and also for the easy process of trading in my other vehicle.
