Enjoyable experience, just one minor glitch. Kaylee was a pleasure to work with. She is fairly new to the dealership but was already up-to-speed on most things. If she didn't know something, she got the answer and she also learned, as did I. That is all one can ask for. Pleasant, personable and professional. Mio was fine to deal with until he tried to upcharge me on the license cost at the delivery. I know they had a healthy margin deal with me...frankly I don't care....I wanted the car. When someone tries to work you over for a few bucks at delivery....yuck...that slimy feeling comes over you. Thankfully, he backed down and avoided a very bad situation with me. I trust he will learn from this. He was about three seconds from ruining his day, my day and Kaylee's day. In summary, a good experience, as it turns out. More

Sticking With the Jeep and Unique Family!! I have recently purchased the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and the Unique Chrysler did the best job to get me into the JGC SRT. Hands down it is the I have recently purchased the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and the Unique Chrysler did the best job to get me into the JGC SRT. Hands down it is the best car I have ever owed. Fast, Friendly and Good Experience I live in Milton and recently just decided to switch from Mazda to Jeep Wrangler. While browsing online I was somehow connected with Unique Chrysler a I live in Milton and recently just decided to switch from Mazda to Jeep Wrangler. While browsing online I was somehow connected with Unique Chrysler at Burlington instead of 2 dealership in Milton. I visited the dealership with only 25% plan to switch to Jeep but I ended up with 100% mind to buy the new Jeep Wrangler. From Sales I dealt with Deanna Mai and she was extremely helpful and helped me to reach from 25% to 100% on my decision. This can be counted as one of my fastest purchase and I give all credit to Deanna. There was some confusion on final price of my vehicle which was then sorted out next day and both Mike and Deanna were helpful and very responsive to correct that error. Just a little disappointment on my trade in value which kept on changing till the final Bill of Sale. More
