At first I was surprise with the suggestion but then she explained to me the price and conditions and how they all compared to the used car. Then she took us out for a test drive while explaining all the added features in the new Van. She also made contact with us at a personal level by throwing some Spanish words and stories about her visit to Mexico years ago. We decided to buy the new van for two reasons; 1: The right price-value and 2: A friendly and honest selling approach from Nicola Michael When we had to go through all the paper work we worked with Michael, and he was very professional, clear and quick to get everything done with no issues. He also made a good selling process when he offered the extended warranty, the rust proof module, etc. which I agreed and incorporate to the whole sale. Very Positive Experience at Unique Chrysler, Burlington I had decided I wanted to purchase a fun vehicle for both my 16 year old son and myself to enjoy. The first model that came into mind was the Chrysler Jeep. I have driven by the Unique dealership a number of times recently and noticed their large selection of Jeeps. My son and I entered their showroom on Saturday and was promptly greeted by an outgoing young gentleman named Brian.. Immediately we felt comfortable discussing with him our hopes of finding ourselves a Jeep. He assessed our needs and took us on a tour of the dealership pointing out various Jeeps that fit our criteria. As a parent I was very pleased that Brian was able to create a rapport with my son. It was important to me for my son to be a part of the experience and Brian picked this up right away. After a test drive we discussed options that were available and we left for home with the information in hand. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. I'm happy to say we returned to Unique Monday afternoon to purchase a Jeep. I would like to point out that if we were pressured into buying on Saturday, I would have purchased the wrong style of Jeep.
