I visited Unique because of a phone call from Kat from head office. She advised me of a current promotion whereby, if i was interested, i could trade in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for something else. head office. I had been considering downgrading my vehicle since i recently purchased a home which extended my commute, and as we know, Jeep Wranglers are not the most fuel efficient. I love my Jeep and wish it was more practical but i definitely was interested in the idea. I set up an appointment for Thursday evening. Same day as Kat called, i received a phone call from Brian. From the get go, Brian was very personable. I advised him that i would be a tough sell, as i am not interested in any of Chrysler's vehicles, other than Jeep (or Challenger or Charger - but really, out of my price range). Brian seemed willing to take on the challenge, stating that he would research and find something for me. I didn't believe him. Before our Thursday appointment, i spoke to Brian a few more times, again saying he would find something. I didn't believe him. :) On Thursday March 20th at 19:30 i arrived at Unique to be greeted by Brian. We sat down for a bit and went over a few things, but quickly he showed me to a Jeep Cherokee. Went for a test drive - nice vehicle, but not for me. I like where he was going with it though. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I felt comfortable with him, and that he wasn't being pushy - like other sales associates that i've dealt with in the past. We moved on to a Fiat - yes, quite different than the Wrangler, but i was interested. Went for a drive - and almost felt like i was driving with a friend. Even though i didn't tell him, i was sold on the silver 2012 Fiat 500 sport. I have never bought a used car, but thought that this was the one for me. All in all, i spend 3 hours at Unique and it went by so fast. Brian is a fantastic salesman, and an asset to Unique. I will definitely recommend that those i know who want to purchase a vehicle, see Brian. During my time at Unique, i also met Steve and Dave. Again, both of these men were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, approachable and easy going. Jessica remembered me from my service appointments with the Jeep and let me know that she just bought a Fiat and loves it. Told me about the great mileage, and great drive. Being remembered at a dealership that is so busy made me happy. So, i pick up the Fiat tomorrow. I look forward to seeing the guys again. Nothing but good reviews for Brian. I would buy a car from him again in the future - perhaps that beautiful Jeep Wrangler in the showroom! More

When it came to finalizing the deal I made it very clear I did not want any pressure to buy extras. Mio briefly explained the extras but did not apply any pressure.
