On delivery day he even changed the plates over from our old vehicle to the new one and even cleaned them up for us. I spoke to Andrew Romualdi,and told him what I was looking to purchase he explained all the different trim levels, he was very informative. We went for a test drive, before the test drive he explained all the features of the vehicle to me, upon returning to the dealership he gave me a few minutes to think over the decision. Upon deciding to purchase the vehicle I spoke to Steve Chemkoff, from past experience they just come over shake your hand and leave. Steve on the other hand, came over and discussed my purchase with me, he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and with the service I received. After that I met with David Netherton for the financing part of it, he gave me all the information, and contacted me the next day saying I was approved, he was very easy to get in contact with and answered all my questions in a professional manner, and made sure everything was explained. When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted by Steve & Andrew who made sure my vehicle was ready on time, which it was. Andrew once again explained all the features of the vehicle, and made sure I understood everything. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership, I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking to purchase vehicle. More
