They had a car I wanted and could find nowhere else in the configuration I desired. The purchase was also more difficult as we had had to work from a distance apart of about 3 hours drive We exchanged my trade info and discussed price, sent detailed pictures of each others vehicles and came up with a trade and arranged all finance with Brenda. All done timely and professionally. Delivery day went smooth and quick, with Eric going over my new vehicle to ensure I was happy. Mike from finance took care of the business end and was friendly and efficient. If there was one spot I was a little disappointed with it was the detailing of the car. Your detailers need to be shown how to clean a car properly, just look at how I brought my car to you. There was tire dressing overspray all over the 300, plus melted candy and foil wrappers in the centre console. I remedied the situation myself the following day and cleaned and waxed my lovely new 300 to a glorious shine. The car is simply beautiful, a smooth running great American (Canadian) car. More

He was very friendly, understood exactly what we were looking for and remembered small details discussed (even insignificant details about my son liking soccer!).
