Leah was not in but Nicole offered to help us out. Just like Leah, Nicola was very friendly and professional. She gave me many options and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Leah and Nicola really listened to what our needs and wants were. Michael Pearce was awesome to work with. He helped us with all of our questions and concerns, and pointed out many payment and financial options for us. This can be a grind, but while we did have to do the traditional back and forth dance, it was just a little bit and before long the deal was done. It really was much more pleasant than I've experienced countless times in the past and I received a real sense that my business was valued. On pick up I noticed a barely perceptible pin-sized dent in the passenger rear door. To their defence, it was a used vehicle (16,000 km) and in mint shape, but I hadn't noticed it before and now did. They immediately took steps to make it right, and then did just that. I'm loving my brawny Durango and very much appreciate the excellent service provided throughout my Mil, then Brenda, and ultimately Mike. More

It started in November . Chrysler Canada sent me information on the new Eco-Diesel. I went to Unique in hopes of pricing one in hopes of having it for my drive to Arizona i . Chrysler Canada sent me information on the new Eco-Diesel. I went to Unique in hopes of pricing one in hopes of having it for my drive to Arizona in December. I met Nikki on this visit but Chrysler had told the dealers they were coming and had not provided them with any more information than what I had. Off to Arizona I went in my Hemi Ram. While there Nikki kept in touch with me with emails and phone calls as she got more information.she kept me informed. I returned in mid April. Butr Nikki advised that they didnt have what I wanted in stock so I waited. We finally got together, I had a price point in mind and originally was told it couldnt be met, but Nikki plugged away at a deal and when I showed up June 19th she went to bat for me with the sales manager and we hammered the price down to an acceptable level. In the range I was looking for, but they were going to order it in. Then it turns out that they had one in stock on the lot that was what I was looking for and now I am in a 2014 Ram Laramie Eco-Diesel. Nikki worked hard for me and got me what I wanted no corners cut, no options removed, I am glad I ran into Nikki that day. Nikki was a delight to deal with and didnt give up on me as a customer who was prepared to buy just at my price. Kudos to Mike Pearce he had the job of entertaining me while we went thru the paperwork process. He was easy going didnt take himself seriously and made the boring part of paperwork easy to get through Both Nikki and Mike were employees who appeared they were happy to be there and didn't just consider it a job.
