great staff drove from belleville to burlington to buy a car. why because of the salesperson nikki stunt. she emailed me and had all the answers we were lookin drove from belleville to burlington to buy a car. why because of the salesperson nikki stunt. she emailed me and had all the answers we were looking for. when we met her in person we knew we had made the right choice. she was wonderful to deal with and when we purchased the vehicle she offered to pick us up at the train station two days later. we drove by lots of dodge dealers on our way to unique dodge. but theres only one nikki. then, our day got better nikki, mike pearse, and the management of the dealership made us the owner of a new challenger better than what we wanted. what a great dealership. I would like to thank Nikki Sharp who went above and beyond her way to get me into the new Dodge Ram I bought. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and never pushed me into making a decision immediately. Upon pick up she went over the truck from top to bottom and made sure I was familiar with all the options. Nikki will work hard for you. Mike Pearce helped me get the best financing possible and went over with me all about all the warranty and extras and was very respectful and not pushy. Excellent. Perfect. Satisfying. Happy. Will Repeat. GREAT service is hard to come by. Too be honest, car dealers and sales folks often times have negative stereo-types attached. Kim Pearson and the Un GREAT service is hard to come by. Too be honest, car dealers and sales folks often times have negative stereo-types attached. Kim Pearson and the Unique Chrysler are the furthest thing from those stereo-types. I purchased a $60k 2014 Ram diesel, and I could not be happier. Kim is a class act and I am now in process of sending my mother to her to purchase a Jeep. There is no way I would send my mother to a dealership if I had any concerns or reservations. I have purchased 4 cars in my life-time and this Ram (#5) is far and above the best experience. Kim, I will follow you (not to stalk, lol) but to purchase my next vehicle; whenever that may be. Mio (finance) deserves mention as well. He was professional, polite and very up front and honest with me. I must have emailed him quite a few times on getting details just right (I suffer from OCD I think) and not once did he make me feel as though I was being a pest (although I knew I was).
