I received a call from Mike, the GM shortly after letting me know that they would be adding value to my trade-in vehicle in order to help make up for the tough time I was having with the insurance company. Even though the issue was not their fault, they still wanted to do something to assist me, which I am very appreciative of. Scammed I went there to buy a new 4x4 truck we signed an agreement.it took a month and 7 days before I went back to sign the final agreement and they changed I went there to buy a new 4x4 truck we signed an agreement.it took a month and 7 days before I went back to sign the final agreement and they changed the truck to a 4x2. They never told me they switched the trucks and I didn't notice that the truck type was different on the agreement. and now im stuck with a truck that's a 4x2. has no power windows or doors. Its my fault for trusting the sale salesman (Brian) and the Credit person (Brenda). This was the worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. Buyers beware!!!! mark. More
