Mio worked with us to set up the financing without any issue's. 2 days later, we picked up our new car! It was fun!! We had a good time! As this was going to be my first truck purchase, I also needed ADVICE... about towing, payload, rear axle ratios, GVWR's, GCVWR, box options etc. And how the virtually limitless truck configurations, impact all these factors, to allow us to tow our family RV safely. What I discovered, was that "many" sales people didn't have a clue about trucks - not their own truck lineup, let alone the competation and certainly couldn't provide knowledgeable trustworthy advice. That was, until I happened across Paul Dworzak at Unique Chrysler in Burlington, ON. Paul's a good salesman, not because he closed a deal - but because he provides good advice, knows his and his competators products and can speak first hand about all the options available and towing issues. The sales experience was fun, and I felt the priority was always getting the right vehicle to meet my needs and not just the trying to move a vehicle off the lot. I was driving and was on the phone when my friend recommended that we use this dealership instead. within minutes we were speaking to brian who was preparing for us to arrive. Upon arrival we were reviewing what our expectations are in a vechile and what he had already looked into for us. With the test drive behind us, we couldn't wait to call it ours. The general manager Mike came to make sure we were getting everything that we needed. We moved onto finance , which is never something that we look forward to..and MIO made the experience a great one. Put the competition to shame! We went to Unique to check out a minivan for our growing family as our small hatchback was no longer cutting it. Another dealer treated us like we were invisible and when we finally got some service they wanted us to come back another day as they didn't even have a vehicle available for us to test drive. Paul and Mio made us feel like our business mattered and they made our experience so satisfying. I know I got the best vehicle for my family at a competitive price and the service couldn't be beat. Great Car Buying Experience I've dealt with Unique twice in the past few months, we first came here after an offputting experience with another dealership. We wanted a Dodge Ram I've dealt with Unique twice in the past few months, we first came here after an offputting experience with another dealership. We wanted a Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4X4 , Eric took the time show us the vehicles and answer our questions, and actually got us into a Sport with a lot more options without breaking our budget. When our situation changed and we needed to also replace our Jeep two months later, We went back to Unique as I wasn't willing to deal with anyone else. I dealt with Martin & Mio this time, again both very good guys and we are very happy with our Ram and Wrangler and I will happy to mention my experiences here anytime! More
