Ivan met me promptly after I entered the dealership and was very friendly, introducing himself, without seeming overbearing. I had done a lot of research and I knew exactly what I wanted and I already knew they had a model on their lot. We worked through the price fairly and they gave me a fair value for my trade-in vehicle. After dealing with Ivan, I was off to see the Business Manager...you know, the typically pushy person that tries to sell you add-on after add-on after add-on? I found Brenda very refreshing to deal with...presenting the facts and options and not being overly pushy. The paperwork end of things were very painless. I picked up my car the next business day and I've been very happy with it so far! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the friendly and dynamic group from Unique! More
