My husband and I went to the Chrysler dealership on Walkers Line in Burlington. We met a gentleman by the name of Mil Radenkovic and he was awesome he helped us out. Was very very honest with what we were looking for. Was not pushy at all and was not looking for a sale he was genuine on what his felt about what we were looking for. He then introduced us to his brother Mio and he was just as helpful. I would definatley recommend both of them if I knew someone who was looking to purchase a vehicle. Actually when we went home that evening we told our son inlaw about the service and we took him down the next day and he purchased a vehicle also. Great work guys thanks so much. Mio in the finance office pinned down the finance details and had me approved in a couple of hours to clear the way to finding my dream vehicle . They didn't have what I wanted on the lot so they tracked down the exact 2015 Cherokee Sport with the options I wanted and the colour I preferred within a couple days. Mio took the time to explain every step of the paperwork and every option available to protect my interest and gave me the information I needed to make informed confidant decisions. After telling the sales person my needs and wants in a vehicle I was presented with a few options and given to opportunity to drive both. My wife and I selected the 2015 Chrysler 200 and were sent into the finance office. I was honestly expecting a hard sell on extras and hidden fees that would add to the price. Mike told me that the original price I was quoted was for everything we discussed, taxes and all. The price didn't move one cent. We did discuss extended warranties and I was pleased to discover they have an extended warranty that returns your money if you don't use it. That's an insurance policy that I was glad to pay upfront for. The Dealership manager Mike Carobelli went out of his way to meet me and my wife and help in the recommendation of the 200, Brian answered all of my questions and Banan did a great job explaining the ins and outs of my new vehicle. and Mike Pearce was great to work with in financing. This dealership understands the needs of its customers and deals with them in an honest and upfront manner. I love my new Chrysler 200 and recommend Unique Chrysler in Burlington as the best place to buy a car! More
