I was really impressed with the email communications I had with Jessica, she responded to my messages promptly or directed me to someone that could answer questions that I had. I dealt with Mil and his brother Mio, both excited for me to have this new truck, both were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I also witnessed great teamwork, as Mil was prepping the truck for me to view another salesperson helped Mil gather/record information to make our time at the dealership quick and efficient which we really appreciated. Only thing I would like to suggest (and it's just my 2 cents) that would've made our purchase A little more special is if the actual manager came over and congratulated me and shook my hand, I know the managers are always very busy I can appreciate that, but spending almost $50,000 on a vehicle these days having that little special handshake from a manager or some type of upper management would've been that little extra special customer service. I did joke with the one manager about this and he quickly walked over and shook my hand and congratulated me. Thank you. More

With so many technological advances and safety features built into new vehicles sometimes it can be overwhelming for us not so tech savvy buyers. This is where we were not just walked through all the features one by one but also able to experience them in action in the test drive, and we did a lot of test driving. After looking at five different vehicles and test driving three a couple of times over the course of five days we were finally able to make a decision.
