When we got to the dealership, we were there to test a used car that we realized was to small for us and was not what we were looking for. Eric than decided to test a dodge, which we weren't sure about since we hadn't thought about a Dodge vehicle. We ended up purchasing a Dodge Journey and absolutely love it! Smooth drive, nice interior, spacious and a great vehicle for the driver and the rest of the family. No "B.S" - just a great deal! Been searching online and in person for the past 4 months throughout the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. Finally found a dealership that didn’t force me ou Been searching online and in person for the past 4 months throughout the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. Finally found a dealership that didn’t force me out the door with their arrogant attitudes and pressure sales. They worked with me to find the vehicle and deal I was looking for and with a smile! The Sales Consultant Brian DeVincentis was young, respectful, courteous and really went to work for us. He even stayed late to make sure he was there when we picked up our new vehicle. The General Manager, Mike Carobelli was very helpful in closing the deal. They made us feel like part of the family and they really wanted to make sure we were happy. Even the Business Manager, Michael Pearce was wonderful to deal with making us aware of the options but did not pressure us into purchasing anything extra that we were not prepared to buy. I’m usually a hard customer to please but all three of these gentlemen went over and above to accommodate me. It’s also nice that this dealership is open on Sundays allowing me time with my shift work to visit them and they also responded to my email immediately during my first contact with them. I’d also like to mention that we were impressed with the receptionist’s attentiveness. She offered us beverages when the Sales Consultant was getting our trade evaluated. She also promptly went to ask some children who had come in with their parents if they wanted to watch TV and took them over to the lounge area after asking the parents permission. She seemed right on top of everyone’s needs as they walked through the door. Thanks to all these gentlemen I will be back in the future and would highly recommend this dealership. The only downfall was I didn’t get to try Mike Carobelli’s homemade prosciutto sandwich! More
