We left but came back a week later to try the ram, just to compare it to another truck we were sure we were going to buy. The first time we went we enjoyed the customer service and friendliness of all the employees. We were greeted, helped right away, treated like family. The second time we came in to look at the ram we were again well received, everyone made sure we were looked after. We dealt with Mil both times and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He really made us feel at ease and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I also appreciated meeting Mike who came over to thank us for buying from them. Mio was also very friendly and made the financing process easy. The customer service at this dealership is beyond compare. More

Both Leah and Mike made the whole process a true highlight for my boys who are 3 and 2 years old. They arranged to have our new truck pulled into the service bay ( out of the cold) so that I could install the child seats and so that Leah could video tape the reactions on our boys faces when they saw the truck. it was priceless.
