I don't normally respond to Anonymous reviews, however given the description of supposed failures outlined above, it became obvious who the customer was. Firstly- I'm sorry that you are having such a disappointing time dealing with my Team and my Dealership. We are quite proud of our Customer Satisfaction accomplishments (which are proudly mounted on the Customer Lounge wall) working each year to be recognized as one of Ford's best. We have experienced Staff, a strong customer care process and I feel the entire Team knows how to listen and communicate to even the most upset of customers. Regarding your service history here- the first time was due to a lack of understanding on how to operate the climate controls and to complain that you no longer received an Owners Manual. There is an Owners Manual with each vehicle we sell, it is in electronic format and can be found in your Vehicle Settings tab on the main display. Two other visits were due to a recall notice that Ford sent out and we dealt with them. I'm sorry if these were an inconvenience, but all we can do is follow Ford's direction to fix something they have identified before it become a bigger problem for our clients. The last visit was to address an ABS light which was done during a scheduled maintenance visit that you made with us. Our Managers are all willing and able- myself included- to meet with customers whenever we are required to, and able to. Today's request was during a Manager's Meeting that happens once a week, and you were asked if they could contact you when they became available. While we may not meet everyone's needs 100% of the time, both parties need to be open to working together to solve issues and problems. We are just the middle person when it comes to repairing a vehicle under warranty. We have to follow Ford's processes and procedures and are unable to 'do as directed by the customer'. I am proud of my Team and their accomplishments. As a business we have been in this community for close to 50 years, and have had customers that long. We know our systems work- for everyone, and because of that we can give back to the Community that works with us. Don't post Anonymously because then we cannot address the real issues together. My door is always open and ready for a meeting to discuss a problem or a concern- and there are times where an issue is our responsibility, but most of the time it comes down to communication, explaining how things are done and mutually agreeing to move forward. .
