She answered all my questions and provided valuable knowledge regarding my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle through a Ford dealership. Their Honesty keeps me coming back. I have gone to Toyota Town to service my Matrix ever since I bought it 10 years ago. Today, I was reminded that I always felt that I was taken well c I have gone to Toyota Town to service my Matrix ever since I bought it 10 years ago. Today, I was reminded that I always felt that I was taken well care of and treated fairly. Yesterday, one of their mechanics accidentally damaged one of my CV boots. Toyota Town service called me to let me know, said that they would repair it free of charge, and asked if they could keep my car overnight as they couldn't get a replacement boot until the next morning. They also asked me what my car needs were for the next 24 hours . When I said I had plans for the evening that required a car, they located a loaner for me. That is service! More

I really appreciate that the Service Dept. sends me a reminder by e-mail when it's time to schedule an appointment for a check-up. The staff at ToyotaTown in London, ON always take very good care of me and my vehicle, especially Mike Minarsky in the Service Dept. Mike always takes time to listen to what I have to say and promptly addresses any questions and concerns I may have. He is professional, knowledgeable and always friendly; I can really sense that he truly enjoys his job and really enjoys helping people everyday. Great Friendly Customer Service Corey acknowledged me as soon as I pulled into the service bay. He explained the scheduled maintenance and answered all my questions. A few days later Corey acknowledged me as soon as I pulled into the service bay. He explained the scheduled maintenance and answered all my questions. A few days later I returned with issues with my vehicle. Again Corey met me promptly with a friendly smile. He listened carefully to my issue and knew what diagnostics to run. As I was enjoying my complimentary tea, Corey found me and explained issue had been resolved. Thanks to Corey for being my friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service advisor! Service work I have had 2 vsc sensor failures in a short period and in both cases the service advisor Rob Dako expedited ordering and repairs. He went out of his way both times to contact me with updates by phone and in person at the dealer as repairs progress. His advice has been invaluable with other queries on Toyota products.
