He took the time to explain how much a new windshield would cost and that he would work around my schedule. I had it replaced within a couple of days and am very happy with the work. Peter was very personable and made my visit less stressful as he took the time to carefully explain all the service being done to the vehicle, including what would need to be in the future. More

He is always pleasant and honest with his advice and suggestions. During my last visit he commented that my tires looked as if they might be wearing and suggested an alignment Luckily I agreed and the results showed they indeed needed adjustment. I would recommend Rob to anyone who takes their car to this Toyota service dept. He is pleasant and is able to convey technical issues in layman's terms. I continue to trust my car's maintenance to Rob and actually to the other service advisors at Toyotatown London. FYI. Excellent service, missing amenities The automotive service centre here is excellent, they provide everything you need for yourself and your vehicle while waiting. The only issue I've had is that they offer a free car wash with your service and on three consecutive occasions there has been an excuse as to why they can't wash my car today. If you're offering a car wash, deliver or don't promise it upfront. Otherwise a great dealer and service shop. More
