Service & Appointment Review The Tech service is good. There is one serious draw back in making service appointments. If I were to drive the car in at say, 7:45 am in the mornin The Tech service is good. There is one serious draw back in making service appointments. If I were to drive the car in at say, 7:45 am in the morning, I can get the car back when it is done, say 2,3,..hours. But if I were to leave the car overnight for service, then the car would not be made available until the end of the day. This logic does not make sense to me as a customer n should be rectified. The car should be made available as soon as the work is done, no matter, when the car is dropped off, morning or overnight. I hope my feedback helps to rectify the situation! More

I called ToyotaTown the next day and they diagnosed and serviced the car that same day - had rear rotors replaced and other brake related work done. The service advisor, Todd Servant was amazing. Fast and Friendly Service I brought my car in for a routine oil change and to inquire about a new windshield. I dealt with Peter who was extremely friendly and engaging. He took the time to explain how much a new windshield would cost and that he would work around my schedule. I had it replaced within a couple of days and am very happy with the work. Peter was very personable and made my visit less stressful as he took the time to carefully explain all the service being done to the vehicle, including what would need to be in the future. More

Service advisor excellent! I have been a customer of this dealer over at least 10-15 years. I have been fortunate to have had Rob Dako on many occasions look after my Camry. He is always pleasant and honest with his advice and suggestions. During my last visit he commented that my tires looked as if they might be wearing and suggested an alignment Luckily I agreed and the results showed they indeed needed adjustment. I would recommend Rob to anyone who takes their car to this Toyota service dept. He is pleasant and is able to convey technical issues in layman's terms. I continue to trust my car's maintenance to Rob and actually to the other service advisors at Toyotatown London. FYI. Last summer Shelby Chisholm helped me get back on the road after an emergency on the highway. Belated thanks to Shelby! More
