And he informed me that I was eligible for a factory rebate and told me how to easily and quickly apply for it. From the prompt response to my inquiry for an appointment, to the great effort that he put forth to find the exact time to have the work done that fit perfectly into my schedule to the courteous and professional greeting as I drove in to the dealership to the speedy completion of the paperwork at the end of the installation, Todd Servant is nothing short of amazing! I will go no where else for my service and will recommend Toyotatown to everyone because dealing with Todd is such a pleasure! Keep up the good work! More

bad services I am disappointed with my last visit to Toyota town. I left massages with Service Manager and General Manager with no respond from any of them. I brought my car to service to leave with missing bolts on my wheels. I almost lost control of my car and risk my life. I went back to service to correct it, and they did. I have tried to contact anyone in management with no success. I have been servicing my 2 vehicles for 10 years. I am sad to see how the service become. in conclusion, do not take your car to change tires at Toyota town and make sure you do a safety check before you leave their Service. More

2006 Toyota Yaris Toyotatown has taken very good care of this car for the past 12 years. They have the parts in stock when needed and don't overcharge. My service Adviser today, Helena Vrabec, was excellent. There were many details to attend (changing to winter tires, oil change, brake light to be changed, yearly body warranty check, emission check) and she didn't miss anything. They even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride. The service advisor Corey Joudry was excellent! Calling me several times to make sure I remembered the appointment and afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the job.
