Another great service experience! I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servan I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was his usual courteous and super fast and efficient self! My oil change was done on time and in good time and he ordered me a cargo net for my vehicle and called me two days later to say that it was in. It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle dealt with at Toyotatown when Todd Servant is working! I will go no where else to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced other that Toyotatown because of the great service I get from Todd! Again, well done! More

At drop off Debb walked me through what needed fixed, followed up with phone calls later in the morning as to the car's status and then even greeted me when I arrived to pick up the car after work. It was amazing customer service. I felt completely taken care of the whole way through the appointment. As well, I have terrific service from the shuttle driver who was able to squeeze me in on drop off and pick up - enjoyable conversation. To top it off, the red haired lady who gave me my bill and key was fabulous too. All were kind and respectful. Thank you! More

Knowledgeable and courteous The Service Adviser was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She responded to us in a timely mannner with the results of our vehicle inspection. Since we were from out of town, she gave to us a detailed account of the problem. Due to time restrictions, I could not get the repair completed at this dealership. She assured me our travel home would be a safe one but to followup with repairs at our local dealership. The whole experience at this dealership was one of efficiency and servicing the customer. My 2006 Toyota Highlander is now a senior citizen on the road and in good working order due in large part to the ongoing care and attention of Toyotatown service. Some of the maintenance has been fairly significant but the expense has been worth it. My Highlander is very reliable a pleasure to drive and good on the road. I have never been stranded. Toyotatown the best Firis is usually the service advisor we schedule our Venza or Camry service with. He always explains what will be done and listens to our concerns and Firis is usually the service advisor we schedule our Venza or Camry service with. He always explains what will be done and listens to our concerns and deals with them promply. We also always require a loaner and between him and Brian Komar they ensure we get one. This is why we recommend Toyotatown and why my son-in-law and daughter have also purchased a Rav4 & Camry. More
