Knowledgeable and courteous The Service Adviser was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She responded to us in a timely mannner with the results of our vehicle inspection. Since we were from out of town, she gave to us a detailed account of the problem. Due to time restrictions, I could not get the repair completed at this dealership. The service is great,when I first came I pull into the drive in shop, was welcomed by the service staff. My concerns were well listened to, and documented. They were very thorough with explaining what needed to be done. Also check for outstanding recalls and fixed a couple small things. They diagnosed my issue and it was fully covered. And threw in a complimentary car wash(not sure if that's the norm) when my vehicle was done I got full detail from the service tech Amanda, and all concerns were adressed. All in all Toyota stands by their vehicles and customers and this dealership and staff did too. More
