Amanda took the time to help fix ( smooth out) a parking lot 'scratch' so that it almost disappeared - much to my relief. She also recommended some alignment correction and upcoming preventive maintenance, which she explained in detail to my daughter - not only what it was, but how it would impact her car and driving.
