With the help of Jason, a customer Service Rep, a new frame was ord It was deemed that the frame on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma was defective by ToyotaTown. With the help of Jason, a customer Service Rep, a new frame was ordered and a few months later ToyotaTown replaced it ... at their expense! I took my truck in on Monday and it was ready by the end of the week. Hats off to all those involved as it was a very positive experience. Thank you ToyotaTown & Toyota Canada!
