I like having the choice of waiting for service or having a free shuttle home and pickup later. I always get a good tradein because they know all the service has been done. His troubleshooting skills are outstanding, and his explanation of the problem and fix were greatly appreciated. Taking his time to consulte with the shop foreman and extending himself to get to the root cause is the extra effort that any customer would appreciate.
