She was not pushy but offered many alternatives and solutions to my + my families reservations. I am very grateful for the way Nicole kept me up to date on sales and accommodated all of our needs. Great Experience! I arrived at the dealership on a busy Saturday after shopping at two competitors. It was just prior to closing and I was going to take a quick look a I arrived at the dealership on a busy Saturday after shopping at two competitors. It was just prior to closing and I was going to take a quick look and come back at the first of the week. The receptionist approached me and immediately had Nicole come over and speak with me. She was excellent! Her straight up, friendly approach made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to introduce and explain all the technical features to a very "low tech" novice.
