The service I received this passed month has been excellent. Nicole did everything she said she was going to do and exceeded my expectations. My car arrived when she said it would with all the extras I requested and it looks sharp. Gwen did an excellent job on the Financial end of the transaction and I really appreciated all the hard work they both put in. I walked into the dealership a month ago and asked Nicole what the base price of a Yaris was and by the end of the month I had a Blizzard Pearl Yaris SE model in my driveway. Customer service at it's best ! I recently had a car accident with my Toyota Corolla and the car was written off. I had this car for over 10 years. It was my first Toyota vehicle a I recently had a car accident with my Toyota Corolla and the car was written off. I had this car for over 10 years. It was my first Toyota vehicle and it was very difficult to part with it after the accident. I found this car to be very reliable over the years. As a result, I went to the Toyotatown dealership to buy another vehicle. I had planned on going to several dealerships to compare prices but I quickly found out that it was not necessary. When I went to the Toyotatown dealership, I was greeted by Nicole and she immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say as for buying a new vehicle. In my opinion, these are great skills for a sales rep and she definitely went beyond my expectations. Nicole explained many options to me and at the same time was very patient with me. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. Nicole is definitely a great asset to Toyotatown ! We narrowed that down to 10 possible candidates which included the Camry. After checking with the insurance rates for various vehicles , we were left with 2. Again the Camry was in the running. All this time poor Nicole was there to assist us and patiently wait for the final decision. Her familiarity with Toyota products is nothing short of amazing. After our Camry purchase , she even helped set up the blue-tooth connection between my smartphone and the car. It worked perfectly.
