2015 Rav4 What an amazing experience dealing with Sylvia Donovan at Toyota Town. I went on Saturday afternoon just shopping around for a new vehicle and Sylvia What an amazing experience dealing with Sylvia Donovan at Toyota Town. I went on Saturday afternoon just shopping around for a new vehicle and Sylvia was extremely helpful. We had a brief conversation and she then immediately allowed me to take a Rav4 for a test drive. Upon my return, she sat with me asking questions and answering mine. Before I knew it, I was no longer just looking, I was leasing. I picked up my new Rav4 the following Wednesday night and have been extremely happy. Sylvia has continued to stay in touch to ensure all questions have been answered and to make sure that our experience at Toyota Town is a full success. Way to go Sylvia, you are the best. More

Excellent service- thanks Sylvia Donovan! I was so pleased by the accommodation Sylvia was able to provide me as I ended up finalizing my purchase after a major surgery.
