Super Simple Solution! We needed a replacement vehicle and were interested in the small SUVs, so we did our research online and one of the most highly rated was the Rav4. O We needed a replacement vehicle and were interested in the small SUVs, so we did our research online and one of the most highly rated was the Rav4. On a Saturday, we went out to do some test drives of potential options, which brought us to ToyotaTown where Shawn helped us out. He gave us all the information we needed about the vehicles, let us go for a drive and asked other questions to find out more about what our driving patterns were to better understand what would suit us best in a vehicle. One of our biggest questions was new vs. used and lease or buy, so he patiently laid out all the details of both options, taking the time to be sure we understood. Surprisingly, to us at least, a 3 year lease on a new vehicle was the ideal financing solution, but instead of trying to get us to commit right away, Shawn suggested we take the weekend to think about it, discuss it, and decide. If we wanted the car, come in on Monday. Needless to say, we were there at 9:00 a.m. when they opened. Nothing could have been a simpler, easier solution to satisfy our requirement for a new vehicle. More
