Excellent I suddenly noticed a stain on my 2015 Prius front end and I was at first concerned about this. However, in driving into your service reception area Mi I suddenly noticed a stain on my 2015 Prius front end and I was at first concerned about this. However, in driving into your service reception area Mike was very helpful in understanding my concern and gave me my coffee coupon while he looked into the problem. After a very short while Mile informed me that he had managed to removed the stain and my car looked as good as new. I have been bringing my Prius to ToyatoTown and I will continue to do so. We wanted to purchase a Rav 4, new, and started looking July 2015, finally purchased July 2016- during that year we corresponded with Shawn, stopped at the dealership many times to speak directly with him- he was always courteous, always responded in a timely manner to our email . The day we picked up the Vehicle, he took time to go over all the features and was kind enough to set up blue tooth, etc. It was a pleasure dealing with him and if the Rav4 performs as we expect it to, we may be dealing with him again in 3 years to purchase new model. As far as the Dealership, I feel they could have given us a better price for the vehicle we traded- our vehicles are serviced faithfully and we believe it was in great shape with only 115,00 km, other than the Service Engine light was on and our mechanic said the code was for an emissions leak.
