I purchased my first car in 1967 so I have seen the changes in the buying/selling process over the years. The sales manager was arrogant and did not want to listen to any logical, well grounded reasons why I did not want to purchase options he was pushing. My wife and I wanted to leave ASAP. To have a person like this dealing with customers, I have to wonder about the dealership. Also, when we started, I believed 0% financing was on the table. Looking at my contract later, apparently it was not. We just wanted to leave so I guess something was missed somewhere. I would never buy another car from this dealership and likely not another Toyota. More
