New car purchase from 1400 miles away We purchased a our 3rd new Prius in April 2016 from a different dealer who did not meet our "normal" expectations. We drove the car to Florida where it was destroyed in a major head on collision at 50 MPH. The car safety features did exactly what they were supposed to do and we both walked away from the accident with only minor bruises and bumps. As soon as we got out of the destroyed car, I knew that we were going to replace the 2016 with a new 2017. That speaks volume's about the Toyota Prius's safety, quality and dependability. I talked from Florida to "Toyota Tim" about our needs and wants. He found us the exact vehicle with everything we needed. He put us in contact with Andre de Coning who is the Financial Services Manager. They told me that they have never sold a vehicle to someone that they never met before. Clients always had come to the dealership, do a test drive and fill out the paper work in person. Well, I want you to know that these 2 people went way above and beyond what was expected of them. Totally "personalized and hassle free". They had paper work couriered to us here in Florida. to ensure everything went well, Tim came in on his day off, to make sure that the car was loaded on the car hauler at their door for the trip here to the south. I cannot say enough about these 2 professional gentlemen. I shows me that they work for a company that insists on high quality employees that have the "know how" to satisfy clients needs, even across the continent, sight unseen. Well done! More

You get a free drink and get to relax in comfort while you're waiting, plus there is an inviting snack bar available too. Really, the only way it could be nicer would be a free shoulder massage while you wait!!!! I've even popped in unannounced, had a dent checked out and got some advice, all for free. They have a well organized shuttle service if you need to get somewhere. I moved to London a couple of years ago and have been extremely pleased to find this place. Only tip: there is a big rush on getting winter tires on, so book your appointment way ahead of time. I use their tire storage service as well. Great place!! More
