Professional and Great Customer Service Tuesday, October 4th had a service appt. and also to see about a new vehicle on Private Event after having leased a Rav 4 Limited Edition for 20 month Tuesday, October 4th had a service appt. and also to see about a new vehicle on Private Event after having leased a Rav 4 Limited Edition for 20 months. Amanda King was the Service Rep and top marks on the experience! As I was booked for regular maintenance - 2nd one with 10,500 kms, I also had some technical issues with my blind side indicators which I found out were because somehow I had shut off the indicator button...lol. I had to have a separate technician look at it. My car was washed and ready while I was talking to my Sales Rep Sylvie Donovan about a new vehicle. I am now going on my 4th Rav 4 but this one is the 2016 Hybrid!! The test drive was great! And I will be saving on my gas consumption yearly. This Rav 4 is loaded with additional technology that I did not have on the 2015 LE. I would highly recommend you to Sylvie. My dealings with her have been exceptional! Frankly, I hate buying a new or used vehicle because you usually have to struugle to get the sales person to understand what you REALLY want instead of what they want to sell you . But not with Gwen Jones! She took the time and care to 'understand exactly what I wanted; focussed on that; found out what it would take for me to finalize a deal; and then went ahead to make it happen. No fuss, no haggling, no wasting our mutual time. It took one phone call; one visit to rapidly clinch the deal, and then to pick up a very clean and well presented 2013 Toyota Highlander. Add in Gwen Jones very engaging manner and her ability to communicate well and relate to my needs. And all of this was done in a well maintained and bright show room. Pick up was a breeze! I'm happy to say Frank was completely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the Toyota Highlander. Heavens knows I asked a ton of difficult questions and he was always pleasant and never ruffled in his responses.
