Helpful and courteous service I attended Toyota Town to have the winter tires fitted to the vehicle. A delay was experienced while approvals were sought from Element Fleet for the I attended Toyota Town to have the winter tires fitted to the vehicle. A delay was experienced while approvals were sought from Element Fleet for the work to be done. Over the several hours this entailed, I was provided with regular updates on the situation and given free vouchers for drinks. The delay was not due to Toyota Town but they provided good care and attention while this was processed. When the work was undertaken, it was done so quickly and efficiently. The end result was very good. More

Parts Department was very helpful in finding the small parts that I needed, and the staff at the desk were pleasant and efficient. I was asked when I first entered the service bay if I wanted a courtesy car wash and I agreed, however when I went to pick up my vehicle it had not been done. More

He was very mindful of the time frame, and stopped in a couple of times to tell us that it would be only a few more minutes, which we appreciated.
