Bad service experinece I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer ser I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer service and Sylvia Donovan is prime example of that, on the other hand its service dept lack the vision and the attention of building and maintaining its customers relationship and treat its customers as an opportunity to milk them regardless if they are loyal customers or not. I had two bad experiences at its service department and the last one just happened last week and I made the desicion to stop servicing my car there and even not to trade my Corola and buy a brand new RAV4 from this dealership as it fails to followed back with me after discussing my issues with 3 individual employees at this dealership. I enjoy my Toyota RAV4 and learned from Baz all the functions of the RAV4 prior to my test drive which made it most enjoyable. He is patient and his time is unlimited. I have been to 5 other dealerships and none could compare with this presentation. I would recommend him without hesitation. Pleasant and rewarding experience at Toyota Town We recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Toyota Town. Salesperson Shawn Longworth was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He took his time explaining everything and answered all of our questions. When we picked up the vehicle the maintenance staff had the van looking brand new. Shawn explained everything once again to make sure that we would be happy with our purchase. Dealing with Financial Service Manager Adel Al-Rayes was also a very pleasant experience. He took his time and covered every detail. Lee Kendall was very good following up on emails and phone calls when we made our original inquiries. We would definetly recommend Toyota Town to anyone.
