Quick and Efficient I came into the operation to get some work done to my car, and ended up buying one --- It was a seemless process and I upgraded my 2005 Corolla to a 2 I came into the operation to get some work done to my car, and ended up buying one --- It was a seemless process and I upgraded my 2005 Corolla to a 2013 Corolla...I stuck with the same product as it served me well....Geordie was great and made me feel comfortable about the purchased. I was glad to receive the service history on the vehicle also... I only hope this newer Corolla is as good as my last one ---- I'm sure it will be!! More

The sales representative was very professional and understanding in that we were looking to see if the sienna had a hybrid option. She took showed us the in house model and told us about its features as we explained we would be interested in the 2018 model even if it's not hybrid, but at this time, we want to wait and see if it will be. Our sales representative took out information and told us she would let us know if any details about this in the 2018 model are revealed. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota town in the past, and are always blown away with the service we recieve (we do the drive all the way from Windsor!) Today's service was no exception! Amazing customer service! More
Great Friendly Customer Service Corey acknowledged me as soon as I pulled into the service bay. He explained the scheduled maintenance and answered all my questions. A few days later I returned with issues with my vehicle. Again Corey met me promptly with a friendly smile. He listened carefully to my issue and knew what diagnostics to run. As I was enjoying my complimentary tea, Corey found me and explained issue had been resolved. Thanks to Corey for being my friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service advisor! Fantastic service from an enthusiastic salesman I was kindly welcomed by Mr. Hock who was a knowledgeable and skilled salesman, and he was wonderful considering his young age. Service work I have had 2 vsc sensor failures in a short period and in both cases the service advisor Rob Dako expedited ordering and repairs. He went out of his w I have had 2 vsc sensor failures in a short period and in both cases the service advisor Rob Dako expedited ordering and repairs. He went out of his way both times to contact me with updates by phone and in person at the dealer as repairs progress. His advice has been invaluable with other queries on Toyota products.
