Great Experience At Toyota Town I was in at ToyotaTown a few months back looking at purchasing 2017 Toyota Sienna. My wife had just given birth to our first and we wanted to purchase I was in at ToyotaTown a few months back looking at purchasing 2017 Toyota Sienna. My wife had just given birth to our first and we wanted to purchase a vehicle that was going to last us forever and be the perfect family vehicle. Given the features that we wanted we soon realized that the Sienna was going to be a little out of our budget. Sean O'Grady the sale person we were speaking with listen very well and understood our situation. What he sugested was the we look at a leasing a RAV4 SE instead of a finance a Sienna SE. He recognized that we would not need the space of the Sienna until our family grows a little bigger which wouldn't be for a few years. My wife and I love our RAV4 as it has all the features and space we need for now and fits in below the budget we set. I am very grateful that Sean was such an affective advisor that listen intently and recognized our needs. We love our new RAV4 and look forward to the next few years in our first family vehicle. Exceptional employee! I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and i I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and it would have taken her 3 times as long to go there on the bus (at night), than to drive (65 minutes + waiting time and transfer time VS 20 minutes by car). Helena really worked for me and got our car done in good time. She was friendly and made the emergency service experience OK! More

The truck had was sitting out back and wasn't ready to be test drove so Tomasz took it upon himself to have the truck rushed through the shop and texted me pictures along the way. I never once felt pressured and Tomasz was easily accessible at anytime. Once I decided to go ahead with the Tacoma Andre was unbelievable and offered a sincere and professional approach during the financing process. Used Rav4 needed major repair. I purchased a used Rav4 (2012) from Toyotatown last June. The vehicle had 64,000 km on it when I bought it and the drive train was still under warrant I purchased a used Rav4 (2012) from Toyotatown last June. The vehicle had 64,000 km on it when I bought it and the drive train was still under warranty. When I took it in for an oil change in December I was told the drive shaft was seized and needed to be replaced. By this time the drive train was no longer under warranty and I thought I'd be stuck with a pretty sizable repair bill. Toyotatown came through for me and completed the repair at no charge. I'd rate the dealership higher than 4 stars but not 5 stars because I think they should have replaced the driveshaft before they sold me the vehicle and while it was under warranty. It was clearly on its way out. So, I'm super happy with how it worked out but feel the problem should have been dealt with much sooner. Excellent Service Appointment - Excellent Job! The reason for our visit to the ToyotaTown, London Service Dept. was for the 8000 km recommended check-up on our 2017 RAV 4 XLE. The Service Dept. contacted us and set-up an appointment that was convenient for us and I must say, we really do appreciate their courtesy service reminders, it shows us they value their customers and the on-going maintenance of the vehicles they sell. Upon entering the service dept. we were met by Helena Vrabec who promptly welcomed us with a friendly smile and handshake and introduced herself as the service rep. who would be our contact during the maintenance work on our RAV 4. Helena immediately printed out a copy of the maintenance check-up required at this particular visit and went over each point explaining in detail and answering all our questions. We also had a few concerns and she included those in the check-up as well. Helena is very thorough; she listens to everything you have to say. She is professional at all times and goes out of her way to keep you informed as to how the maintenance work is going on your vehicle. She is excellent at her job, as well as being friendly and caring- what a excellent combination. Thank you for an Excellent Service Appointment!
