Ken Yates was my salesperson and was very helpful when introducing me to Toyota - I had always owned GM vehicles, and his knowledge and advice have been spot on. We actually sold my wife's car and bought a Toyota Matrix for her as well. No more GM for us! Service: I had always heard that taking your car to the dealer for repairs was expensive, truth is, these guys know the product and have been excellent to deal with all 8 years of owning this car. Service appointments have always been easy to book and they have been efficient and fair with me. New Car: I recently visited and worked with Ken on the purchase of my 2nd new car, a 2016 Corolla LE and couldn't be happier. Again, Ken was very good about pointing out the new features and differences between this generation vs last generation Corolla, helping me make an informed decision on this new purchase. I've had the car for 2 weeks now and love it! My Son has inherited the 2009 Corolla (290,000+ Kilometers) and I'm confident he will enjoy many more years of reliable transportation, as I did with it. Gwen made my ToyotaTown experience wonderful I went to ToyotaTown knowing which vehicle I wanted. Gwen showed me 3 different color Camry's and was patient with indecision.
