I feel that due to the amount of research available to the general consumer, makes car salesman less enthuasic about their products. I also believe that a majority of car salesman believe that at a competitive price the car will sell itself on the lot. Which results in poor customer service and brand experience for the general consumer. With that in mind, a general consumer isn't just buying a car, their buying a brand, and after today, I can definitely say that David High sold me on toyota. I was looking for a salesman, who knew their product knowledge, made me feel comfortable, but also added to the value of the experience of buying a car. David surpassed all other car salesman that I delt with in the past 6 months. I will be back again to get his service, And recommed him to anyone buying a car. Amanda Krugg very patiently and clearly explained how the car would be serviced with special attention to previous recommendations and testing requirements. She went to exceptional lengths to ensure that the extra work could be done in the timeframe that was needed. She carefully reviewed the car's history and with her colleague Ricardo and showed us how some repairs would be done. At no time did we feel rushed, although we took up more time than usual. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I had a good understanding of why this work was necessary. I feel that the attention to my individual needs was excellent.
