Toyota Sienna Van purchase! Justin Maki called us to see if we were interested in coming to the dealership to have a look at a new van. There was no pressure at all. Justin just provided us with the facts and helped us pick a vehicle that we were both totally satisfied with. Another Fantastic Experience On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that ma On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that made it necessary to ask if things could go a little quicker than normal. My snows were in storage with Toyotatown so that was also part of the coordination. And I needed an oil change. Well, like always, Todd Servant, the Service Advisor, pulled out all the stops and got my snows installed, my summer tires away for storage and my oil changed along with an extended warranty service inspection in such good time that I was driving away in plenty of time for my other appointment. Todd is awesome! Not only does he work tirelessly to make his client's experience with Toyotatown pleasant and filled with confidence, but he always puts in extra to make sure that all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" are crossed so you feel confident that absolutely everything has been done right! I will be back!!! More
