Recently it has required some costly repair work which is always a little stressful. However recognizing the age and mileage on my vehicle, it is understandable. I was very happy with the service advisor Helena on my last two visits. She is a very friendly employee, and very detailed in explaining the repair requirements and processes involved. We entered ToyotaTown and had the freedom to browse through cars in the parking lot. As we had some questions, we were immediately acknowledged by this happy and willing fellow, Justin Maki, who asked us a couple of questions and, with knowledge and practicality, took us to the exact car we were looking for! He was objective and reasonable, at the same time he gave us time to ponder and decide what was the best for our financial situation.
