He showed a sense of humour, much patience and just seemed genuinely trustworthy. I got more than enough information (and a test drive) so I actually was more than tempted that day to follow through — so he may yet see me again. If I end up shopping in Toronto where I live, I just hope that I run into at least a couple salespeople that have his character. I would trust this dealership just based on their having Justin on staff. More
