I fought with my insurance company to get the radio repaired because a hole had been put through the audio button and they refused to pay for it. I finally gave up on it months ago, but Peter kept on them without me even knowing about it. They finally agreed to replace the radio and pay for it. Peter goes above and beyond! More

Buying our new RAV4 was made so easy! We did not have an appointment but the very cheerful receptionist paged for a Product Advisor right away and we met Suzanne Bourdeau. We were interested in the RAV4 as my husband follows all the car shows and said this was the best car in it's class! Suzanne explained all the different models and took us for a test drive. We chose the one that fit our budget the best and Andre De Coning the Financial Services Manager was great to deal with too. We were downsizing from a 7 passenger SUV and we were not sure how we would feel about a smaller vehicle but we are totally enjoying the RAV4. More
