Todd & Joe are AMAZING I came in today Nov 12 2019 - I could not see out the driver side windshield due to the fact that my windshield nozzle was not letting anything out - I came in today Nov 12 2019 - I could not see out the driver side windshield due to the fact that my windshield nozzle was not letting anything out - Todd and Joe got to work on it right away! Informed me of the problem - covered under warranty and on my way in and out in 20 minutes! I was beyond impressed with how fast and tentative they were to me! Because trust me I was pissed not being able to see and been waiting forever to get the car in, so instead of waiting for a call back I drove into London to see if and could they help me and book my oil change! They could have told me to come back and book an appointment but they got right to it and diagnosed and fixed the problem, because seeing out your windshield is a safety concern :) These two especially Todd went above and beyond and apologized and to me that makes me a proud Toyota owner and will keep coming back! Todd even took the time to explain some of my extended warranty pkg to me which helped too, when you buy a car so much stuff is thrown at you that night, here sign here oh this is this and this is that and can be alot at ya! So THANK YOU again to Todd and Joe - I may have to request only to see them in the future :) More

I told Suzanne I was just looking at this time and shared with her a horrible experience I had the night before from another dealership. I told Suzanne what I was looking for and with excitement told me she had a perfect vehicle for me. I told her I wanted a small SUV but had to be classy, sassy and had some speed. She said, "let's go for a test drive in a RAV 4 Trail". First glance at the RAV 4 I was hooked and then she opened up the door and I saw the dark grey interior with the orange accents and I was hooked. I left that evening buying the RAV 4 trail. Suzanne made me feel that my opinion mattered. There are many challenges with being a female consumer when buying a car and I happy st say I had NO challenges at Toyota Town. More

Routine service made exceptional I brought my RAV4 in for routine servicing and was luckily pointed to Helena for assistance. She went out of her way to work with the shop manager to I brought my RAV4 in for routine servicing and was luckily pointed to Helena for assistance.
