We made an appointment to sit down with Geordie Hock from Toyota Town to discuss and look at our options. Geordie was incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota's vehicle lineup and helped us quickly understand different features and what options were available. He was friendly and patient while explaining the numerous features during a demonstration drive before leaving us to a few test drives on our own. At no point did Geordie pressure us into any decisions, instead providing answers to our questions and sharing his opinion when asked. Geordie and the other Toyota Town staff were very accommodating and made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. Picking up our new car and driving it off the lot for the first time was a great experience. Everything was ready and exactly as we had agreed upon when we arrived. Geordie made sure we were comfortable in our new vehicle and that we knew how to use all the cool features as well as answering any final questions we had. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were still 100% happy and ask if we had any new questions or concerns.
