He is very knowledgeable and notifies me of any upcoming service related items which may be due in the future which makes planning for upcoming expenses much easier. If something is of concern to me such as a recent issue related to my transmission , he knows exactly the expert in house that I should speak with. It turned out there was a warranty service on that problem. An appointment was immediately scheduled. My Camry will always be dealer serviced. More
