I like this dealership because I value their honesty, integrity and quality workmanship. I know when I go there that they will do what work needs doing and will not try to upsell me or perform unnecessa integrity and quality workmanship. Also I appreciate how they explain to me what has to be done, why it has to be done as well as the cost. I really like that the mechanic takes a video of the vehicle after the work is complete while explaining what was done and general condition of the vehicle. Nice touch Toyotatown. I have an older vehicle that I want to keep running as long as possible which is why I take it in for regular maintenance to Toyotatown which is where I purchased the vehicle. More

From Booking my appt to picking up my vehicle all was efficient and professional. Customer service was excellent up until the point of sale. Once the sale was made we found the dealership to be quite unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. We purchased a used vehicle. It took al sale. Once the sale was made we found the dealership to be quite unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. We purchased a used vehicle. It took almost two weeks for them to get the vehicle ready with no explanation of the delay. We had to email/call multiple times to get responses from their back end sales team. I do feel they sold us a good product for a reasonable price. The salesman did not pressure us when making our selection. I felt their service could be better once the sale is made.
