We just picked up our 2026 RAV4 yesterday and we love it! It's our first Toyota. My first time at Toyota Town, and here is my experience. Before I even stepped into the dealership, I was speaking with Alex over the phone about a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. I had several specific technical questions, and I was very impressed by Alex’s knowledge. Even at his young age, his understanding of the vehicle is very, very good. He answered all of my questions to my 100% satisfaction. When we visited the dealership, I was equally impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was very polite, professional, and welcoming.
