I brought my car to this location for an appointment at 7:30 AM and spoke with Colin. From his first expression and based on my previous experiences with this service center, I could tell he was not willin 7:30 AM and spoke with Colin. From his first expression and based on my previous experiences with this service center, I could tell he was not willing to help. He has zero customer service skills and lied about the status of my vehicle. He told me they had already taken all necessary actions and there was nothing they could fix, but in the past, they have successfully repaired similar issues on my vehicle. I also asked about the manager, and Colin claimed he was busy and that I would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I waited more than 20 minutes, and when I inquired again, I was told the manager was still busy. Later, I found out from a friend who works at the shop that the manager was on vacation and not working that day. Additionally, I was promised a free wash, but my vehicle was still dirty when I left. To make matters worse, I discovered scratches on my tire cup after I left, which is totally unacceptable. I no longer trust this location and will not be returning.. I am happy to change my review if there is any improvement or change in service. I hope my feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for others. More

The sales team made the purchasing process smooth and transparent, keeping me updated throughout the delivery timeline. When I finally received my vehicle, it was in perfect condition and exactly as promised. Most recently, I brought my car in for my first service appointment. The service department was equally impressive, my service advisor was courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and the entire team worked efficiently to get my vehicle back to me without delays.
