I saw the add for my now new truck in a local paper, then looked it it on Sun Toyotas website. Ashlee did a fantastic add on the truck, which made me want to go check it out. Ashlee was helpful right from the start, not being pushy, and being as honest as she could about the truck. I did realize it wasn't new, and that she wasn't the previous owner, but she said it the way it was. She didn't hesitate to let me take it for a test drive, or to take it in to look it to a friends to get another opinion about the truck. There were a few small issues I had with it, and she was very very helpful with getting them dealt with... Even after the sale!! Thanks Ashlee!! More

My car was indicating that the battery on my remote starter was getting low and needed to be replaced. So I went to the dealership to see if they could help me get that fixed. Not only did I get a replacement battery within minutes, but Dennis was very helpful in showing me how to take the old battery out and exactly how to place in the new battery and put the remote back together again. Very refreshing to have someone take the time and cheerful consideration over such a small matter, often considered too trivial to spend any time on. More

I rated the service at Sun Toyota as excellent due the the friendliness of the staff, their ability to get the work done within a reasonable. I came in to have my tire fixed. It turned out that I needed a new tire. Unfortunately, my car wasn't going to be ready when promised and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to pick my kids up from sc needed a new tire. Service was good, asked for assistance in resetting the interior clock but they couldn't help me, stating that the previous owners had tampered with the electronics making it too difficult? Today I was in for service of my vehicle, and Sandeep was friendly and explained what needed to be done and what it would cost, and - while I was in the waiting room area - he came over to inform me that they had found another small service that was required in order to keep my vehicle in optimal state, and what the cost would be. I had a comfortable wait and everything was ready on time. More
