Since taking over the business we have worked hard on listening to our customer feedback and trying to adjust to ensure we are meeting as many customers expectations as possible. We do have some new staff, but we still have 65 % of the old staff still working here. Customer Service driven employees are hard to find, and we now have 1 Platinum Level Toyota Service advisor and 2 Gold level. We will strive to continue to build your trust and exceed your expectations where possible. As for the sign for the new building, the people that designed the sign were asked to say 51st Ave and Calgary Trail, but abbreviated it and it now sadly reads 51 St. After weighing the cost to reproduce the signs we have simply asked our team to provide clarity on the location if there is any confusion as to where it is going. Our new Service center is sure to impress, as we have build a Immediate service center that is going to really expedite the convenience of servicing with us. Good Afternoon Sid, it seems our team is not going to be able to meet your expectations, Veronica is the highest scoring and most reviewed employee on our team. Her job is to provide customers with required/recommended options on each service interval, if the technician checked your cabin air filter and it was dirty, and recommended a change then she did her job calling you and asking. This is the filter that brings the air into your cabin area for the passengers. Every customer has the option to say no. We use grease to lubricate your hinges, lock lubricant, and washer fluid top ups on every service, this is the industry standard to bill a percentage of the bill as supplies rather than charge you for a half a bottle of washer fluid and four squirts of lock de icing lube. There are 4 other Toyota Dealers here in Edmonton, and they all provide exceptional customer service. We have a very high customer satisfaction rating, and am sorry that our level of service doesn't meet your expectations. As always I am available for dialogue on this, but don't appreciate you referring to our team as "service monkeys" as they are all people, working hard to do a good job for every customer that comes into our dealership. Good Afternoon Mike; I am aware that your service department might be incredible in your eyes, although i specifically requested that only an oil change was to be done. If i had known they were to be opening my glove box i would have emptied it out of my personal items. I had replaced the cabin filter several months ago and after the service at sun Toyota i investigated the cabin filter and it was still in excellent condition only requiring a few loose items to be shaken out, not replaced, i think we can agree that the service people and sun toyota have their agenda and i have mine. I guess i am still a little disappointed that the time to be thorough was before the warranty expired, where was veronica's incredible abilities at that time?. I must admit that service xxxxxxx was not necessary terminology and apologize for the usage, although it truly was in reference to feeling space violated. After the experience, I was actually going to come up and say hello, but felt upset and violated by the occurrence and truly wanted to say hello on a positive note, but was not feeling positive.
