I was told to attend a dealership from my mechanic and all I was thinking was how expensive it was going to be. It was expensive but the service was impeccable. This was a very unique situation as I live in Jasper and only had 1 day to come test the car out, purchase it, register it, etc. and drive it back to Jasper. My father (who lives in Windsor, Ontario) was he only had 1 day to come test the car out, purchase it, register it, etc. and drive it back to Jasper. My father (who lives in Windsor, Ontario) was helping to do the research on the car for me which also made the situation a little different. Ashlee ensured that this was a stress free experience, was VERY helpful and responded to his e-mails and our phone calls in a timely manner, providing us with any information we required. Ashlee also went above and beyond by taking the car out for a test drive with a mechanic as per my father's request to listen for a few things before I got there. When I arrived in Edmonton, Ashlee had two cars ready for me to try out, she came with me to test the cars and was friendly from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. After I made the purchase, I was directed to Deepinder who sorted out the financial side of things. He was also very pleasant and made me feel assured that everything was handled appropriately. When I finalized things with him, I had to complete the process for insuring the vehicle. At this stage he allowed me to use the computer and phone in his office and helped to ensure the process went as smooth as possible. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received from all employees of Sun Toyota. The entire process was stress free and all of the extra help everyone provided is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you! More

I thought my entire visit was fantastic from the free coffee I was offered at the drop off to the popcorn I was offered at pick up. The shuttle driver was very friendly and so was Veronica.
